Word Search Daily

Word Search Daily is a free browser word game built around the familiar pixel reading-room grid. Each board is 10×10 letters and hides exactly ten English words from one of three hand-written packs: Animals, Food, or Travel. Every pack contains more than one hundred words, and the game never calls an external dictionary or API. Words can run across, down or diagonally, forwards or backwards. The daily challenge uses the UTC date as a seed, so everyone who plays on the same day receives the same pack, words and layout. Append ?seed=YYYYMMDD to the page URL to replay a specific day, or pick another pack inside the game for a deterministic practice round. Drag across the letters, or tap the first and last letter, and the game highlights the word, crosses it off the list and starts the timer. Arrow keys move a cursor, Enter marks the first and last letter, and P asks the HappyBiu Shell to pause. When every word is found the result shows your time, the pack and whether you set a new personal best. Best times are stored per pack by the Shell, and no account, email address or personal data is required.

How to play

• Find all ten words in the grid. Words run horizontally, vertically or diagonally, in either direction.
• Drag from the first letter to the last, or tap the first letter and then the last letter to select a word.
• Use the arrow keys to move the cursor, Enter to mark the first and last letter, and Escape to clear the selection.
• Choose Animals, Food or Travel in the theme menu. Switching packs starts a new practice grid without losing saved best times.
• The timer starts with your first selection and stops when the last word is found or when the Shell pauses the game.
• The word list stays scrollable on small screens, and every letter has a large invisible touch area for comfortable mobile play.
